"Residents at the property are lovely. Common areas need some upkeep.... Especially Pool. Unit was in need of some maintenance, and tlc. Leaky ceiling and shower in bathroom. King size mattress needs to be replaced. We enjoyed our time walking the hill daily for exercise."

"We booked our 1 week stay in La Paz Mexico thru VRBO. We had a horrible and dangerous experience after we could not locate our property or anyone that managed it at a very late hour of the night. Once we arrived, there was no basic necessities provided (soap, toilet paper etc.) there was also no stove, the unit was not as described and we barely fit inside with our luggage. There was also a privacy issue as there were no curtains to block the view from the outside common area into our bedroom....

"Poor experience look elsewhere. We left a full day early we were that disappointed. Unable to contact you prior to check-in despite multiple phone calls and voice messages left with no return phone call. The property address is listed as one thing and yet is not marked. You enter at a spot that is not the address. There is no mention of this in the check-in instructions. "Best hotel in La Paz. Stay here and you’ll never regret it! And definitely visit the spa. The property is beautiful and spotless, the food is excellent, the staff is warm and welcoming and they strive to make your visit perfect! Marcela at the front desk is delightful. Rosie gave me such a great massage at the spa I went back 2 more times! Maria, our housekeeper is professional and sweet. See Jonathan at the Beach Club and he will take great care of you and get local history and information. Haram at the restaurant Barco stopped at nothing to make us happy. Mario drove us in the hotel shuttle to try to deliver a pizza to our kids on a boat at anchor and boy did he put in the effort. Thank you, Mario! They were very pleased to get food that night! I highly recommend a stay at this hotel. One of the best experiences I’ve had in all of my years of traveling. "
