"Hotel is clean modern and conveniently located right across the train station. One stop away from Venice. Disappoint with their advertised laundry service that actually is not available on Saturday or sundays. Also, They have breakfast available for a fee ( not included in the hotel fee). "

"Did not see a vineyard. The property was good, clean, and comfortable. The check in/out staff, Mihaela, was very helpful and friendly. She helped us figure out public transportation and shopping necessities. "

"Sent an email to say we were arriving late, no response. When we arrived there were two receptionists. One was with guests the other was working on the computer and failed to acknowledge us for several minutes. Very poor first impression - no problem letting her finish doing was she was in the middle of but a simple smile and I will be with you in a minute would have gone a long way after a long journey"
