"We could not have had a better place to stay since we were trying to be close to family but did not know what to expect. Our suite was very clean, but could have used a few things like towel racks, some place to hang clothes in the bathroom while showering, paper towels, and wash clothes. The food was excellent for breakfast. The pool was so awesome with a charming atmosphere. But the staff was the best part. So caring and helpful. "Staff was extremely unfriendly when checking in, was rude at first and then became nice after some time. The hotel was dark, there was no lighting in the main hallways (making it difficult to locate the elevator) and the lighting in the bedroom was very dim. Staff was unsure how to turn on the hallway light. "

"The room was in good condition.However, it was not the room that I was promised through the website. When I booked the room, it showed two beds side by side in an open space. When we arrived, we entered into a room that had two separate spaces with one king bed and one area and a queen bed in another.That is not what I ask for or paid for however, when I spoke to the person at the desk, they told me that is what I paid for. Expedia showed has a quad deluxe room as a triple standard room. I don't think that's fair for the patrons to see one thing.And get something else. Overall, we made the best of our trip. The room was still nice, so we stayed there for the remainder of our trip."
