"I read so many reviews that exaggerated cleanliness and I thought maybe they were purchased, but no, this was the CLEANEST room I've stayed in. No exaggeration, this place is spotless. I loved staying here and felt so comfortable thanks to the state of the room. The layout was spacious and open, there is a private balcony that leads to the fire escape, and the AC worked wonderfully. No shoes allowed in the building, which helps keep it germ free. Checking in was easy and the owner was very kind, he showed me to my room then returned 5 minutes later with a welcome drink (kumquat tea) and plate of fruit with spice mix. It was unexpected and a nice touch. I loved it so much, I booked an extra night directly with the owner and paid in cash. I needed to go to the atm and he let me borrow his bike to get there. Laundry service was available and ready the next evening. Netflix availability was a bonus, so I could put on my favorite K drama and find some time to rest. I only have good things to say about this homestay and the family who runs it. It was a highlight of my trip to Vietnam."

"We loved our stay at the Orchid Premium Hotel in Hue. All of the staff were great but Sunny was amazing, very helpful and made us feel welcome and comfortable. We had a gorgeous room on the 5th floor with great views and a comfy bed. The aircon worked well too. Hue is an amazing city and we would definitely go back to the Orchid Premium Hotel."

"Traditional pool room was large and cool (temp) with small approx 5ft deep pool large enough to swim in, facing a creek and villas on the other side. Although close to villas on each side felt relatively private outside and very quiet and private when sleeping. Some beautiful details inside villa, some clashing of styles. Excellent breakfast. Of note are the kind helpful staff which make the stay 5 stars. Spa set up is nice and we enjoyed our 2 massages. Expensive for Vietnam, especially the restaurant (which was quite good) but you can order delivery through grab - overall we really enjoyed our 2 nights. "

"I had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The ambience was peaceful and welcoming, with pleasant smells throughout the grounds and beautiful spa facilities that added to the sense of calm. I particularly enjoyed the yoga sessions, and the high ceilings and chic furniture in my room made it feel airy and stylish. Small thoughtful touches like the gong in the lift, bedtime reading scrolls, Netflix access, and the koi fish around the property added charm. The front desk staff, especially Joy Nguyen, were very friendly and helpful, which made check-in and communication easier. There were a few minor things that could be improved. At check-in, I had to go to the gate, but no one was attending, which made the process a little confusing. Breakfast on Monday was reduced, and lunch was a bit disappointing — the spaghetti lacked flavor and was dry, and I had to request olive oil to moisten it. I was also given a German book to read, which wasn’t ideal for me. Overall, despite these small issues, I really enjoyed the stay and appreciated the hotel’s thoughtful touches, beautiful rooms, and relaxing atmosphere."
