Well Maintained, Super Clean, and Perfect Location

  • This home is located right off the Loop 101 and Bell Rd. Perfect for getting around town quickly. It's in a quite neighborhood, but less than five minutes from ArrowHead Mall, P83 Entertainment District and 15 minutes from Westgate. There are numerous restaurants, movie theatres, Desert Diamond Casino, and Golfing nearby. Only 5 minutes from the Peoria Sports Complex, the spring training home for San Diego Padres and Seattle Mariners! Just a short distance further is both the University of Phoenix Stadium (home to the Arizona Cardinals) and the Glendale Arena (home to the Phoenix Coyotes and Arizona Sting). Both are located at Westgate, which also houses much exciting nightlife.

    This beautifully decorated home has 2 master suites, each with private bath. The linens are high quality and beds are comfortable. There is a queen inflatable mattress available upon request. This home has a 55'' HDTV flat screen TV in the living area and a flat screen TV in each bedroom. High speed internet is provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and all the necessary appliances and dishware for complete meals. The dining table seats up to six. There is a two car garage, laundry area, private fenced yard and two patio areas. The community swimming pool is just a few houses away and is open from April 1st to October 31st! No detail has gone overlooked in this charming abode, as we have made it a priority to ensure that everything is provided so that you will feel at home!

The house was very comfortable and in a very nice area. We were allowed to park in the garage which was great for security of the rental car There were plenty of towels It was great to have directtv instead of having to stream everything. Close to restaurants and easy access to freeways We had a great time. Thanks again for making the house so inviting

Kim is very responsive to any questions and the location is quiet and near everything!! The home is very comfortable. Plenty of eating, shopping, hiking options close by. Being near the 101 freeway makes traveling other places super easy. We have already booked next years 2 month stay with Kim. She is the best!

An all rock yard might not be ideal for your dog as rocks are larger and have sharp edges. Pebbles or round stones would have worked better but a nice area of green grass at the community pool only one block away worked well for our Lab. Some grass or a small patch of artificial grass would be more convenient. A Keurig type coffee maker might be preferred by most guests. We checked ahead of our stay so we knew to bring ours. More silverware was needed but we got by. We liked the 2 bedroom both with private baths layout. It was perfect for when our sister stayed over for a couple of days. The location had plenty of parking although your SUV may not fit in the garage. It was also very convenient to Loop 101, all the shopping you could ask for including groceries and Costco, the Peoria spring training stadium, and a myriad of restaurants. We would recomment this property to others.

Quaint little house

We had no issues with our stay here. Kim’s cute little house has all that you need and is well stocked, so you don’t have to go run out for things such as salt & pepper, cleaning supplies, dish soap, sugar, etc. Her house is nice and clean and we have no complaints.

House on Grover Ave

This 2 bedroom house was ideal for the 2 of us for 3 weeks. It's a nice neighborhood and convenient location for our needs. We were mostly in Peoria to visit a number of friends so we didn't need anything fancy. Nice back area for relaxing. Grapefruit tree loaded with fruit, if you can have grapefruit. We've rented this house and other houses from Kim over the years. Directions are posted, keys and remotes are labeled and easily accessible, houses are well stocked. It's professionally done. Our only issue was with the TV in the living room ... it's cursed. Difficult to turn on and off and control the volume. Had to learn where the sweet spot is in the room to make the remote function properly. TV in the bedroom worked great.
