We love welcoming well-behaved dogs!

To help preserve the property`s outdoor amenities, including the private mini golf course, sports courts, and resort-style backyard, we`ve created a designated pet relief area for our four-legged guests.

A non-refundable pet fee applies:
• 1 dog: $150
• 2 dogs: $250
• Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation

The pet fee helps cover the additional cleaning required after a pet stay and does not cover damage to the home, furnishings, landscaping, outdoor amenities, or other property features. Any pet-related damage may result in additional charges.

Please disclose all pets prior to arrival so we can properly prepare the home for your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in an additional fee of $500.

Sweetwater House Rules

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests and neighbors, please observe the following house rules:

Occupancy & Events

* Only registered guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property.
* Parties, events, gatherings, or celebrations exceeding the approved number of overnight guests are strictly prohibited without prior written approval from the host.
* Unauthorized parties or events may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.

Quiet Hours

* Outdoor quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM and end at 8:00 AM.
* During quiet hours, please keep voices, music, and outdoor activities at a respectful level to avoid disturbing neighbors.

Pool & Spa Safety

* Swim and use the spa at your own risk.
* Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times when near or in the pool or spa area.
* No diving, running, roughhousing, or unsafe behavior is permitted around the pool or spa.
* Only approved pool floats and pool-safe recreational items may be used in the pool.
* Glass containers are not permitted in or around the pool or spa area.
* Do not place furniture, decorations, sports equipment, confetti, food, or any other non-pool items in the water.

Property Care

* Please treat the home, furnishings, and amenities with care.
* Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.
* Do not move indoor furniture outdoors.

Parking

* Please park only in designated parking areas and avoid blocking sidewalks, neighboring driveways, or roadways.

Safety & Liability

* Guests assume responsibility for their own safety and the safety of all members of their party.
* The host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings occurring on the property.
* By booking and staying at Sweetwater, guests acknowledge and accept the risks associated with using the pool, spa, sports courts, and other recreational amenities.
