The Neighborhood:
The home sits on the lake within an intimate, gated-community. Sidestep the arrid Arizona landscapes and enjoy the gorgeous lakeviews and lush green grass all throughout the neighborhood. This is a great location for enjoying the golfing community at the nearby golf course, shopping, dining, and other entertainment venues.

Getting Around:
No public transportation within the neighborhood, however, Uber and Lyft is readily available for any transportation needs. Additionally, you are welcome to use the three car garage if you choose to drive or rent a vehicle.

Other Things to Note:
Concierge services available upon request. Need the refrigerator or bar stocked before you arrive? Let us know and we can pre-stock the kitchen or bar with whatever you may need, for an additional charge. Daily housekeeping also available.
