Inside, this two-level home offers a spacious 3,350 square feet of comfort and entertainment, with five bedrooms and three bathrooms accommodating up to 12 guests.

Step through the front door into the pool table room, then head upstairs to the expansive open-concept great room where the kitchen, dining area, and main living space flow seamlessly together. The sleek, fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and an island with seating for four, while the formal dining room seats up to ten for larger gatherings. The living room offers plush sectional seating, a 65” Smart TV, and access to the private office—ideal for remote work or a quiet moment away. Every inch of this home is crafted for connection, comfort, and fun.


Living Room: This room offers contemporary furnishings including sectional seating and accent chairs, a 65” Smart TV. Located off the living room, you will find the private office space.


Kitchen: The large kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a glass-top electric range, and a spacious island bar with seating for four.


Dining Room: This area offers a table and seating for four.


Formal Dining Room: The formal dining room has a large table with seating for up to 10 guests.


Pool / Game Room: This space offers a pool table, a 55” Smart TV, and a high-top game table, making this space fun for all ages.

Master Bedroom (upper level) — King-size bed, 65” Smart TV, and the ensuite bathroom offers two vanity areas, a large walk-in tile shower, and a separate soaking tub.

Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $75 per day. No pool heating is offered June 1- September 30. Due to the unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, and pool temperatures may not reach satisfactory levels.
