The apartment is ok. The big problem I have is with accessing the apartment. They give you an entry code that works one time. After that You have to use an app on your phone to get in. What if you don’t want to bring your phone when you go for a run. What if your phone battery dies. If there’s a second person staying there, they also have to download and register for the app. The app itself is terrible. Before you can unlock the door every time it asks you to review the check in procedure if you haven’t done it yet. I just want to get into the apartment I paid for. I was constantly worried that I would get locked out. One night I came back late and the app had just logged out. I had to log back in, in the darkThey make you do a bunch of paperwork just to approve your stay, and then they bombard you with emails and texts. You have to install TWO apps and you have to “verify” yourself repeatedly with the website, which sends you codes by email. These often take time to arrive, leaving you wondering what’s going on, and blocking you from just doing what you need to do. The other big problem: They have blinds on the windows, but no room-darkening shades. One of the bedrooms had extremely bright white lights shining in from outside. We had to hang towels on the blinds to make it possible to sleep. The parking situation is confusing. They tell you it’s first come first served but then they also say don’t park in “reserved” spots.
