We’ve created the ultimate vacation destination for family and friend (and golf groups) with everything you need to entertain your guests in our fully remodeled and updated 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 1,954 Sq Ft home with an additional 452 Sq Ft adjoining unit. Pets are welcome for an additional $200 fee per pet. Please let us know if you are bringing any pets so we can charge accordingly.

This home can easily host groups, with a choice of indoor and outdoor gathering spaces. It still provides enough privacy thanks to the master suite within the home and an additional private adjoining suite with a mini fridge, washer/dryer combo, large bathroom, and bedroom that offers its own separate entrance to accommodate extra guests.

Guests have access to the entire property. A key code will be provided to guests for the duration of your stay.

NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW:
Kings neighborhood description: Our home is in an upscale neighborhood known as the Paradise Valley Village. Centrally located near all the Phoenix hotspots, you can step out your door to get some fresh air and explore the Scottsdale Greenbelt trail, practice your golf swing at Stone Creek Golf Club and Orange Tree Golf Resort, or go shopping at expansive malls like Scottsdale Quarter, Kierland Commons or The Desert Ridge Marketplace.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
We require all our guests to agree to our house policies prior to booking. We may require collection of a valid form of government ID and a matching selfie to confirm the booker’s identity for security verification. A guest’s refusal to comply with this request, or inability to provide a valid ID and matching selfie, may result in the cancellation of the booking. We do not allow parties or events in our space and ask that you keep noise to a reasonable level as per city guidelines. Unauthorized events or parties will result in an additional fee of $3,000.00, plus applicable charges for any damages. If neighbors have to call us or the police due to a disturbance, all guests within the rental party will be instructed to vacate the property and guests will forfeit all reservation charges. Smoking or vaping of any kind (cigarettes, marijuana, etc.) is strictly prohibited inside the home. Doing so will result in a fine of up to $3,000. We charge an additional pet fee ($200 per pet) if you plan on bringing pets. If any pets are brought to the home without our prior knowledge, a fine of $1,000 will be imposed. We ask you to please respect check in and check out times. You can request an early check in time, and we will accommodate if possible (for an additional $50 fee from 12 to 3 PM, and an additional $100 fee for 8 AM to 12 PM). Please message us for more information. Requests for late check out will not be granted due to our professional cleaning crew that is scheduled to complete a full deep clean of the home between guests. Due to the size of the home, considerable time must be allocated to ensure everything is in mint condition before you arrive. Please respect the 11am check out rule so we can keep our home to the highest standard for you and our future guests.

Please note that the air conditioning in this area is not meant to go below 70 degrees since it can overwork and damage the units in extreme heat. Because of this, the homes may be set in the 70-80 degree range. If it is over 100 degrees outside, the home may not be able to reach the set temperature due to normal limitations to the AC unit and the extreme temperatures of the area.

Guests take full responsibility for ensuring the safety of themselves and all minors on the property during their stay, including the pool, spa, and surrounding areas. The property owners and contacts assume no liability for personal injury or safety incidents. If any children under six are in the home, the pool safety gate must remain closed and the fence upright and secured at all times, including upon departure. In this case, removing or tampering with pool barrier fencing, gates, latches, self-closing doors, or safety alarms is a violation of local city regulations.

Our homes are meant for the purpose of vacations, holidays, and special/temporary needs. We will not accept any residential stays where our property is used as your primary residence or home.

We have one camera actively recording the front entrance, and two cameras actively recording around the garage.
