Even though the home is a short 20 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport, the guest feels like they are completely away from the hustle and bustle of a major metropolitan area. Because of its elevated location on the side of a mountain, with the mountain between it and Tatum Blvd, there is virtually no traffic noise. It's eastern location on the side of 'Marshmallow' mountain give you the cool evening shade while others across the golf course are getting the sun in their face. It is truly a one-of-a-kind property.
