"Stay for 7 days, the check in and check out was quick efficient...good reception customer service..the room was clean, bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the towels was clean, fluffy...Wifi was good...fridge was cold...daily room cleaning...the breakfast was good, cooked Vietnamese variety, hot pho soups, salads, coffee, juice..a decent 3-4 star hotel to stay at..great price$...it took care all of our needs to feel comfortable at this hotel."

"No response from the hotel when messaged via the expedia app/website. Followed instructions for pickup from the airport (24 hour prior notice, flight numbers, etc), but was not picked up.
Ended up hiking to the hotel, was difficult to find, address didn't line up to the true location on the map. The hotel is down a couple narrow alleys. Not a great experience attempting to find the hotel at 11pm at night.
Once at the hotel the room was accurate to the description/pictures, A/C worked well,...
