"Amazing stay and location! The resort and all inclusive plan was great value. Highly recommend - one of our favourite destinations yet. Stayed May 25 -30, 2026. Beautiful beach, sand, views, and vibe. Easy access for day trips to St Barts and Anguilla."

"The only thing which was good here was the front office who were nice and smiling and the kids zone where you can leave your kids rest all
Other staff whether it is
Restaurant, pool bar , beach front buffet all of the staff was unpleasant, rude and disrespectful. The kids pool was smelling so bad . Even the taxi drivers outside omg so attitude . Buffet - food option were okay . Pizza place - the pizza was so hard even my 8 year old said mama they don’t know how to make pizza clearly . I don’t know
If the owners of sonesta take theses reviews seriously or no but they really gotta do with the attitude if their employees. Hospitality was poor . No cooperation. Food was late in restaurants everytime . No entertainment to be honest specially for kids . I have been to so many all inclusive places but here no fun ."
"The room was clean and we were able to check in a bit early. The location was perfect and close to shopping and dining. The only issue was the no sidewalk to get there. Just be extra careful because you are sharing the road with vehicles. Everyone was accommodating and helpful which was well received. There is only 1 elevator for 5 floors so keep that in mind. I would come back here and stay. We loved SALT and dined here for lunch and breakfast."
"If you are renting a vehicle to go to this hotel don't there isn't any hotel parking for guests, there is an empty lot about a 3 to 4 minutes walk to the hotel so imagine this called the hotel me thinking I'm lost when the staff answered they told me the same informationi just mentioned so found the parking lot now have to find a park lugg my suitcase and backpack to the hotel asked about 3 peoplewhere the hotel is then I finally found it and the staff had my room already prepared didn't mention that i had to make a 100 dollar deposit. Now getting to my room there's a very high smell of bleach like the personal in charge of cleaning the room kind of overdid it paid for a City View when move the curtain there was the steps to the next building I was seeing. There are three light bulbs above the bed one of them was out reported it to the staff later on in the evening she said the manager is not here right now so she would make a note and let them know in the morning, checked out two days after and the bulb still wasn't changed. They got a $5 cheese pizza that was great air conditioning in the room works really well and the person who does the cleaning of the room they did a really good job every time I went back out the sheets were changed the towels were changed bed was made. the bar staff they didn't have a pleasant smile like they were happy to serve you, I've been to so many other hotels the staff was so happy and pleasant and willing to help anyway possible."
