"It is a very cozy, clean space and very convenient to Chestnut Hill where I was visiting my friend! I will definitely return here if it is available, and if there are more people staying with me, I would also love to stay in the two bedroom upstairs!! Thanks so much for everything Rae!!"

Cozy 2bedroom apartment in quiet Philadelphia neighborhood with Wifi & amenities

"The location of this apartment is okay, and check-in was very smooth. The apartment is a bit worn in some places and could benefit from some maintenance, especially the windows, the blinds, and baseboard heaters are broken. The toilet was not cleaned and there was no toilet paper. I contacted the host and he did drop some off about 6 hours later. For the kitchen, the oven, underneath the sink, and the utensil drawer were not cleaned. A quick heads-up to future guests, bring your own linens. Overall, it’s a convenient base to explore the city, but it functions more like a no-frills stay."

"The lobby stinks that you’ll find it hard to breathe, the rooms have a musty odor. Outlets available are hard to get access to and minimal. No amenities, not even a blow dryer in the bathroom. Cockroaches so big, I was afraid I’d be carried off in the middle of the night. It was so bad, I didn’t even sleep IN the bed, only on the bed, fully clothes and kept my luggage in my vehicle as I didn’t want to risk bringing any roaches home."

"This is a beautiful historic home in a gorgeous neighborhood. This home is lived in and separated into apartments so keep that in mind. I will say the constant signs for cleanliness can feel daunting if youre someone with actual ocd just a heads up for my disabled homies out there haha.The host was very kind and communicative and they responded swiftly to all messages. Awesome water pressure too! There is a bathtub and tons of closet space! As well as an iron and ironing board which I needed and was pleasantly surprised by."
