"The property was great and pretty good sizefor the 5 of us (2 adults, 3 boys). The location was close to UPenn & Franklin Field, where we spent most of our time due to our son running in the New Balance Nationals. Only 2 slight negatives were the parking and the washing machine. The garage is really not meant for anything but a car. And the street parking was was very difficult due to the narrow street. Fortunately, the neighbors were friendly and helped us figure it out. As for the washing...

"The biggest negative issue was that the lock to the outside door to the unit was broken. Also, for some reason, that access door was left open multiple times. Security was by far the biggest issue.A quick trip to Target two blocks away would really help. For instance, there were only curtains on the bedroom - no blinds. The silverware and plates were fairly spartan. The toilet paper roll holder was broken. All of these items are easily fixable.On the positive side, the bed was comfortable....

"We were in town for the Mummers parade. Upon arrival there was some flooding in the basement. Reaching out to the host to resolve the issue went smoothly. They sent maintenance immediately. Turned out that the city water pipeline was leaking. Maintenance would install a pump to remove water and shop vac the basement. Because it was the holiday the city didn’t come immediately so the water on floor was an ongoing issue. We couldn’t really hang out in the basement so it got a bit...
