Please do not move furniture from one room to another, as this may cause damage to the furniture or property.

Guests may be responsible for the cost of damage or breakages resulting from negligence, misuse, or failure to follow the house rules. Applicable charges may be deducted from the security deposit.

# Cleaning & Checkout Responsibilities

Before checking out, please help us prepare the home for the next guest by:

* Not eating or drinking in the bedrooms.
* Washing all dishes.
* Taking out the garbage.
* Turning off lights and electronics.
* Closing all windows.
* Locking all doors when leaving.

If dishes are left unwashed or garbage is not properly disposed of, a **$100 cleaning fee may be added to the reservation**.
