"Amazing stay at the Koh Yao Yai Village resort! From check in to check out the staff were very attentive and 5 star service. The private villas in the forest were very tastefully decorated and great layout. Very private and relaxing! Kudos to the front office manager Kroekphan who greeted us each morning to check up to see if we needed anything. Although this is a beautiful resort, props to all the staff! They definitely made stay with their heartwarming and friendly hospitality. Hard to believe this is only a 4 star resort. Definitely 5 star service!"

"Absolutely stunning location and views. Very authentic tropical feel. Staff were very friendly. Loved the privacy of the rooms - hard not to relax and fall in love with everything on the Island.I suggest staying for a few more nights when you come. It makes a better impression"

"I had to change room twice : AC was not working upon check-in. Second room had some clicking noise which I bothered me. It became more obvious late at night so staff couldn’t figure out what was wrong. Door lock and my safe had battery issue. I had to call front office for those occasions. Other than these issues, staff were very polite and helpful. I highly recommend a bike tour run by the hotel. It was a great way to see surroundings while staying active. The tour itself was informative and beautiful."

"We went as newly married for honeymoon. Such an amazing place, on the beach. Plenty of areas to relax in, the rooms are luxurious and super clean. Staff went above and beyond with cleaning and making the room special for birthdays. We did the kissing booth private dinner and Thai cooking class which comes with a private chef and waiter. Totally amazing. Shoutout to Wallie who was our waiter. He went above and beyond. Highly recommend"

"The Waters Khao Lak located close to the beach (5 min walk) the Bang Nang markets (under 5 min walk) and many small stalls. The pool access room was spacious, comfortable and well appointed. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We had a wonderful week there and would stay again in the future."
