"Beautiful location. The Trullos are unique. Sleeping under a dome is very relaxing. The bedrooms could do with more shelving. Had to leave clothes in luggages on the floor. In the off season, each individual Trullo pool is unheated. I was still able to swim my laps in 20 degrees water. Quite invigorating! Others might not venture at this temperature. "This was by far my favorite property we stayed at while on our trip. It was even better than described! Very clean, and in a great location. Such a pretty house!! The stairs are steep and the doorways are short (I'm 5'4" anyone taller than me might have to duck). The view from the rooftop was great! I cannot say enough good things about this property, we loved it! Check in was seamless. We were sent a code at check in time and got the keys out of the lock box with no issue."

"We loved our unique experience of staying in a trullo, for 4 nights. It had everything we needed and was very clean and well maintained. Location was perfect, quiet area within easy walking distance to anywhere in Alberobello. The bed was comfy, the small kitchen had everything we needed, the bathroom was lovely and we loved the small outside patio area. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was yummy, (especially the croissants!!) in a lovely little setting, with friendly staff. Highly recommend staying here, a great experience."

"Our stay at the Primo Ostuni Hotel was excellent. The rooms were very clean, the hotel breakfast was lovely and the staff were very helpful. Christian met us upon our arrival and helped us with our luggage. Thanks again for a wonderful stay. Parking is easy to manage-on the street with the white lines depending on the time of the day, or a lot that is free 300m away or a paid lot on the backside of the hotel. All very good options."

"The room was lovely and really well kept. Daily cleaning was excellent. The pools were lovely, the lifeguards were very whistle happy thought! The thing I really need to flag is the lower/upper inclusive plans. We were lower (although don't recall deciding this when booking) which meant we didn't get a reserved table for dinner. We were just sat outside in unreserved tables, which was ok when there was an available table for us... Sometimes there would be and if we were lucky it would be cleaned and if we were lucky broken glass would be cleaned up. When it came to meals, lower inclusive were basically not cared about."
