"My fiancé and I recently stayed at this property and truly enjoyed many aspects of our visit. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous and our room exceeded our expectations-especially the bathroom, which was one of the highlights of our stay. Based on that experience alone, we were genuinely excited about returning in the near future. However, shortly after our stay, we were unexpectedly charged $300 for “missing bathrobes” that were never in our room in the first place. Although the charge was refunded the interaction was uncomfortable and lacked an apology leaving me feeling like my honesty was questioned. Overall, this is a lovely property with real potential to deliver a great guest experience, unfortunately how situations like this are handled matters just as much as the stay itself. I hope the management will reflect on this and approach future guest concerns with a more open and respectful mindset."

Our room and the entire first floor of common areas were inviting, well-appointed, art-forward and yet commodious. Breakfast at Warda was “next level” and we appreciated having the vouchers for breakfast each day. Would recommend ALEO to anyone and would stay there again."

"Truly enjoyed my stay, extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The neighborhood was just charmimg, with stores, coffee shop, etc. within walking distance. My family and I were there for a funeral and this was a perfect space to escape to after all the services.
