"Thank you very nice clean and well maintained hotel and the staff were more than helpful! Only slight let down was the burgers from restaurant weren’t very nice, they seemed quite low quality. Pizza was good though!"

"At the price point for the hotel it is pretty good. It does look like it is trapped in Time, it’s a bit dated. The staff were all really helpful and friendly both bar staff and reception. They have a pool table (bring change) and a dart board. I would stay here again with a group of friends, however I wouldn’t stay if I was with my Wife (as she has higher standards)"

"Clean, staff was so helpful and accommodating, breakfast was good, reasonable price, and filling. The bar served the perfect iced coffees, even tho it was not on the menu!"

"Cool main entrance and breakfast/restaurant area. Great shuttle service to/from airport. Spotless room. Small but well organized. Good for a quick overnight stay. Busy street but several large grocery stores including M&S within short walking distance."

"We stayed on a floor that has recently been renovated. Rooms are nicely done. The room we booked is accessible with a wet bath. We were able to change it to a standard room without charge. Service is great. They willingly brought over a mini-fridge for our use. The fridge fits nicely in the closet. Location is good. Very close to the busy shopping areas and within walking distance from the train station."

"The room was very clean and vibrant but there was no fridge. When I asked they said a fridge is only placed in the room on request. This is the club room in a 4-star hotel. Everything else is fine. Breakfast was good and the pool. Note: Some construction work currently ongoing at the property."

"This visit was only a one night quick overnight as we were attending the golf at Wentworth. Arrived quite late and left early. The rooms are spotlessly clean with a lovely comfortable bed with high quality bedding. The bathroom is very nice with a great size shower. This isn’t my first visit and definitely won’t be my last."
