It was very cold in the unit and we couldn’t find a way to change that. We had to contact the owner on another matter and it took a while for her to contact us so we didn’t bother about the heat. We were requested to take off our shoes but the floor was too cold. We kept tripping over the shoe mat so moved it. Mattress was a bit too soft...
