Las Lagunas Boutique Hotel

"My fiance and I loved everything about Las Lagunas! From the moment we walked in we were greeted with drinks and a warm welcome from Brayan. Breakfast every morning with Elmer serving us was great. He was very friendly, personable, and made sure to say goodbye to us before we left. Drinks from Hector tasted amazing! He was also very friendly, personable, and helped us source local items to take home. Our tour guide Sergio was awesome and knowledgeable! We enjoyed having him for both of the tours we did. The food was everything we hoped for as well. Every person we spoke to while there was friendly. The pool was so relaxing, as well as the spa area which we had all to ourselves. We will absolutely be back!!"

"The hotel was clean, accessible, and the staff was friendly. I upgraded my room, but upon check-in, I experienced a few issues — the ceiling fan was not working, and the shower drain overflowed with water. I had to contact reception several times regarding the repairs, and the issues were not fully addressed until the next day. Overall, the hotel is a fair place to stay for a short period. The restaurant inside the hotel had great food, which was definitely a highlight of the stay. I would recommend the hotel as long as management continues to focus on the upkeep and maintenance of the rooms."
