"Wonderful hotel!"

"Room was comfortable. A/C was great. Pool was a nice experience right on the lake. Location was perfect. "

"The pool is full of contaminating algae encrusted on the tiles. The service in the pool waited for more than 20 minutes and nobody helped me. I had to call the recepcion twice. Also, thanks God i order a fish ceviche and they brought to me a mix ceviche including shrimps, etc wich i’m so allergic. I could died that day."

"Great breakfast included, prepared fresh from limited menu. Nice bedding, good bed, bottled water replaced each day. Staff helpful and pleasant but seldom understand any English. Nice pool. Pleasant sitting areas overlooking lake Peten, however constant ‘mariache’ style music too loud all evening, made this less than pleasing. Short walk to shops, buses, tuck-tucks, boats. Nice stay but wouldn’t return to this country. "

"Very nice setting in the jungle, with all the sounds of nature during the night, right next to Tikal. The restaurant was amazing, we had breakfast at 6.30am before heading to the ruins to beat the crowds. We were allowed to leave our car and use the facility like pool/showers/restaurant after sightseeing Tikal,before driving back to Belize. Our bungalow had 2 beds, a nice huge bathroom with rain forest shower and tub, and a hairdryer to rent at the reception. The staff was very helpful, communicating even before our arrival. We had an awesome one night stay!"
