"The Chalet Falorie was a very comfortable suite with views of the Dolomites. Although it was some distance from the center of town it was no problem as a driver was always available to take us into town and to pick us up when we were ready to return. The receptionists were the best, very friendly and ever helpful. As 100% gluten free we are not accustomed to having so many safe options available for breakfast, it was excellent!"

Unfortunately I didn’t understand how far the apartment was from the main resort and I also didn’t know that we wouldn’t be able to find a car/taxi to take us the four kms from the final bus stop. Arrived to an uncleaned apartment with all of the beds used, food/pans on the stove and garbage in the front entry way that stunk. Asked for a refund and was told I had to go through hotels.com which meant another hour in the phone. Still have not been refunded my tourist taxes despite repeatably asking. Had to drive another hour...
