A bit rough round the edges. USB power points didnt work. Some dirty marks in bathroom needed cleaning. Toilet in reception out of action for 24 hrs due to poo 💩 all over the floor - is it residents only toilet? Bar staff and reception staff very friendly. Food and beer good. Great central location, within the free CAT zone, with a bus stop right in front of the hotel and only a 5-minute walk from the train station. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade at check-in. The room was spacious, featured a balcony, and offered a nice open view. While the stay was comfortable, the hotel would benefit from some renovations, particularly in the bathroom.

Arrived to check in and was greeted from an amazing guy behind the desk who showed us how to use the kiosk to check in, absolutely great service, didnt catch his name tho. Loved how convenient the hotel was for us as we enjoyed dinner at kickn in seafood place. The morning buffet breakfast was also really delicious.
