The area blends heritage charm with a lively, multicultural atmosphere, offering a mix of trendy cafés, small bars, restaurants and iconic venues alongside historic buildings and street art. Around Aberdeen Street, you’ll find landmarks like Russell Square and the Northbridge Piazza, which host events, festivals and live entertainment, while the nearby cultural precinct features the WA Museum, Art Gallery and theatres. Known for its energy, creativity and nightlife, Northbridge delivers a dynamic urban lifestyle with something happening day and night.

Getting around Northbridge is easy and convenient, with everything within walking distance and excellent access to public transport. Guests can explore the area on foot, with the Perth CBD, restaurants, bars, and cultural attractions just minutes away. Public transport options, including nearby bus routes and Perth Train Station, make it simple to travel further afield. There is a free CAT bus stop at the front of the property. For those driving, the property offers the rare benefit of four free on-site parking bays, along with additional street-front parking, making it ideal for groups or guests with multiple vehicles.
Code of Conduct-

To ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay at our property, we kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following Code of Conduct:

1. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the property.

2. Parking Regulations: Please ensure that the back electronic gate is closed every night.

3. Restricted Access: The Staff Only cupboard is located the back bedroom & is not for guest use. We kindly ask that you respect this area and refrain from attempting to access it.

4. BBQ Maintenance: After each use, please clean the BBQ to ensure it remains in good condition for future guests. We provide cleaning supplies for your convenience.

5. Waste Disposal: Bins should be placed outside on the road verge on Tuesday night, for a Wednesday morning collection. We appreciate your cooperation in proper waste management. Please try and break down recycling rubbish so that it can fit in the bins.

6. General Pantry and Toiletries: Feel free to help yourself to the general pantry and bathroom toiletries provided for your convenience.

7. Stove Top Cleaning: After use, please wipe down the stove top. Avoid using abrasive materials that may damage the surface.

8. Air Conditioner/Heater Usage: We kindly ask that you turn it off when leaving the property for extended periods to regulate energy usage.

9. Belongings and Cleaning: Please tidy up and return belongings to their original locations. Please clean all dishes and put them away or stack the dishwasher before checking out. If additional cleaning is required or items are needing to be returned to their correct locations, a further charge may be applied.

10. Showering: To maintain proper ventilation, please ensure that the exhaust fans are always on when showering.

11. Washing/Dryer Usage: When using the washing dryer, please turn on the exhaust fan and keep the door open to prevent condensation on the walls. Please also clean the lint filter in the dryer after each use.

12. Respect for Neighbours: Please be respectful to our neighbours by observing quiet times from 10 pm to 7 am.

13. No Parties or Events: Strictly no parties or events are allowed on the property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment.
