"This is a lovely hotel in a row of historic cottages along a street right by the Broughty Ferry waterfront and within easy walking distance to the shore on one side, and shops and restaurants on the other. Street parking in front of the hotel was free although it did take a few trips around the block to find a space during the mid afternoon. We used the pub in the ground floor as a meeting spot for friends and also really enjoyed the breakfast selection. Thank you for a wonderful stay."
"Loud banging until 430 in the morning. Loud birds in a parking lot, windows would not close. Small beds and hard pillows. VERY LOUD ROOMS. Staff was lovely though."
