About 35 mins by car from Perth Airport and 25 mins from Perth CBD.

- There is no onsite laundry or no onsite parking

- Communal rooftop pool is currently unavailable until August 2025

- To ensure your comfort, please be aware that the studio's heating and cooling system is centrally controlled via the main unit, meaning simultaneous heating and cooling isn't possible. Should the heating feel too warm, the fan option is available for your use.
