Designed for large families and group stays, this spacious two-storey retreat offers sweeping 180° ocean views, a wrap-around balcony, direct beach access and a secure yard perfect for children and pets.
Five minutes to Mandurah town centre. Steps to surf, swimming and coastal paths.
We give our guests space, but we are always just a message away.
Our office hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm.
Outside these hours, we respond as soon as possible, prioritising urgent matters.

You will receive the access details a few days before your arrival, once you complete a quick ID and card verification via our Guest App - similar to hotel check-in — to ensure safety and peace of mind for all. A $750 security hold (required by our insurer) is placed and automatically released after your stay once house rules are confirmed and no damage is noted.

Upstairs is the heart of the home — open plan living and dining framed by uninterrupted ocean views. The balcony is where mornings begin with coffee and evenings end with sunsets over the Indian Ocean.
Downstairs provides additional sleeping space and a second bathroom so everyone can spread out comfortably.
This is a relaxed, authentic coastal home — generous in size, easy to live in, and made for connection.

A maximum of four vehicles are permitted and must remain parked on the driveway. No street or verge parking please.

Security Hold
Like most professionally managed holiday homes, a $750 pre-authorisation hold is placed before arrival and automatically released after your stay once house rules are confirmed and no damage is noted.
Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
We are happy to consider early check-in or late check-out requests where possible. These are subject to availability and not guaranteed. Fees apply at $50 per hour. For guaranteed early access, we recommend booking the night prior.
Nature/Environment
Our home is set in a beautiful natural waterfront environment. From time to time you may see local wildlife — and occasionally insects, particularly if doors or windows are left open. The property is professionally treated, but being close to nature is part of its charm.
Rental Agreement
Guests are required to read and accept our rental agreement in accordance with our insurance requirements prior to arrival.
Cancellations
Our cancellation policy is set through Airbnb and applies to all bookings. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to your plans.
Long Stays
For stays of one month or longer, a complimentary mid-stay clean is included.
For extended stays beyond one month, a clean will be scheduled fortnightly at the owner’s expense.
