"The air conditioning is amazing. Well it was in our room. Didn't see the staff to much. The tub and sink weren't draining that good but it seems they were under construction."

"While the property is older and a little tired (for example the chairs in the room were quite worn - sink had cracks) it was extremely clean. The room was large with ample room for the table and 2 chairs and a desk. It was quiet. The breakfast was a total surprise - eggs and sausage and a waffle maker. This area was also very clean. "This is a motel. No frills, no amenities. Cheap and a great location for a stop on our road trip. The first room had a broken air conditioner, but they got us in a new room right away, and it was cleaner and nicer than the first. Acoca is a cute little town!"

"Zero stars wasn’t an option. Filthy carpet and walls, broken and worn furniture. Staff tried to scam more money out of me, said I had no reservation and my paid receipt from Expedia meant nothing. Terrible place to stay with a terrible staff"
