"The staff was nice and they had a big storm the night before we got in and they were still able to accommodate our early check in. They offered their conference room to my family because it was so many of us gathered in the lobby but due to the storm it was soaking wet. The rooms were very cold or very hot; there was no middle ground. I personally feel it could have been cleaner but it was not dirty. My parents switched their room because there were bugs(not bedbugs), it was prolly those flying...
