Elevator was completely out on New Year’s Eve, we were on 11th floor.

Lord Baltimore Hotel
4 night stay and everything was great. Contactless check in and check out. Had a nice meal at the Tavern. Had coffee and breakfast daily at the bistro. Room was clean and quiet.
