"This hotel has no reception or staff in house to support you. When I arrived, I realized that I had to check, provided ID and my picture via an app. If you need anything, there was a phone number but no one picked up. The line was always busy. "Got there late at night while it was pouring rain. Easy check in process but very scary. What looked like three gang bangers hanging out in the lobby to get out of rain. Very run down, kitchen not stocked, not enough linens for four people , filthy used linens stored under bed, broken bathroom blinds where you can see through, no chain lock on door, stains on ceiling, holes in wall , TV didn’t work.I could go on and on. Even took pictures. Nasty!!!!!"
