"Clean room nice place"

"The other reviews of this place were really good but it wasn’t good for me. The hotel has a smell to it. Usually a hotel will have a fragrance blasting in the lobby when you walk in but this place had a bad smell. My room was supposed to be non-smoking, supposedly the hotel is non-smoking. That was not the case. My room smelled horrific. The window didn’t open and I couldn’t air the room out. I asked to transfer rooms but they were fully booked. It just didn’t really feel clean. "Found this hotel randomly on my way back to Chicago from Bonnaroo when I was too exhausted to drive any further, I took 3 showers and I even felt comfortable taking a bubble bath (it was that clean) and the staff was so nice 😊 would absolutely stay here again!"

"Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. While the price was reasonable, even what I paid felt like too much for the overall experience. The common areas had a lingering stale cigarette smell, the front doors looked like they were falling apart, and the entire property felt neglected.
