"Booked and paid for room through expedia however when we arrived late at night the reception was closed and the machine to get access would not accept our booking reference. We continued driving and ended up sleeping in car. We did not cancel and requested refund, this was refused Needless to say will never use again"

"The hotel was conveniently located, our room was clean and the staff pleasant, but the property looks quite tired. We opted for a queen room and were surprised at the size of the room.
