"Isabella was a marvelous host. She really went out of her way to help us get things we needed, even going so far as to phone and organize a cab and bike shop for us because our french wasn’t very good. She also provided a wonderful breakfast. He spent quite a lot of time phoning around and eventually got us a delightful chamber d’hote in St Martin de Londres. Unfortunately, the administration of Hotel.com was less than useless."

"Highly recommended for family stays. It is very conveniently located next to the train station, and both bus and tram stops are right at the doorstep. As a flat, it was unconventionally spacious. Plenty of storage space. Large bathroom with a bathtub, and kitchen with ammenities to do our own cooking. There was a senior lady on the Reception when we arrived. She was not friendly at all, and made us feel unwelcome. However, the other 2 people (2 younger males) who were there for the remainder of our stay were super kind and helpful. Very conveniently located hotel for shopping and for walks to the main tourist spots. We'd always go back if travelling in or around Montpellier."
