"The hotel was pretty nice, but it took me forever to check in. I had one person working the desk and I bet it took me a little over an hour by the time I finally got checked in."

"We were issued one key card for 4 travelers, then the room required that a key card be inserted into a slot in order to keep the room powered on. The result was that we came back from dinner to a hot and humid room that tooks hours to cool back down. Great stay otherwise, but that one factor was enough to make it a fairly miserable evening. Hope the savings to BW+ was worth it."
