"I genuinely don’t know where to begin. We arrived at the hotel we had specifically booked — chosen for its location and suitability for travelling with dogs — only to be told on arrival that it was closed. Not cancelled in advance. Not communicated beforehand. Just closed. We were then redirected to a completely different hotel 15 minutes away by car. The alternative property was in an entirely different area — busy street, heavy pedestrian traffic, children everywhere — and absolutely not...

If you enter from the parking lot on arrival you will need to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs. It is located close to most places in town with short distance walks. "
