Less than 2 hours north of Lyon, the Le Petit Perrot villa is perfect for celebrating big events: birthdays, bachelor parties, or family reunions. It’s the perfect example of everything a So Villa has to offer: an extraordinary garden with a terrace and a beautiful 8 m x 4 m pool! It also features a dining room that seats 45 people and a game room with a foosball table, pool table, and poker table—where you can dance and party thanks to the powerful 100W speakers!

Totally smitten with the terrace—perfect for a super chill afternoon! We’ll start with a nice, big aperitif. We let it all sink in while lounging on the deck chairs or in the shade of the many trees that make up such a lovely garden! Then it all kicks off: games around the pool and beer pong to get the evening warmed up!

🔊Cocktails, dinner, evening activities... and noise disturbances

Since the nearest neighbors are 300 meters away, there are no restrictions on music volume when you’re inside the house, as long as the doors and windows are tightly closed! Outdoors, you can have lunch, enjoy drinks, have dinner, or relax by the pool... but no music or microphones, day or night! Outdoor noise levels must be limited to 90 dB (the noise of a lawn mower) so as not to disturb the neighbors.
