"The only issue we experienced is that the elevators were not working and apparently hadn’t been working for sometime. We were not advised if this upon making the reservation nor prior to us arriving. We were a family of 6 traveling with an infant. One of our family members had COPD and doing the stairs was almost impossible."

"We were happy and satisfied, highly recommend, the location is the best, we had problem with the AC the last night we stayed but the management handle it good, Scott and Tammie very helpful at the front desk , moved us to another room immediately. Breakfast is very accommodating, the staff are very friendly, the evening snacks by the lobby is great, the pool is nice, bartender is super nice , the valley guys are helpful! Will be back for sure."
