"Excellent food from all of the restaurants, snack bars and even the buffet. Good range of pools without any major issue finding sun loungers. Beach is sandy and can easily swim in the sea safely. Water park is great to have as another option. Hotel is big on sustainability so have to refill your own water bottles each day, but easy enough to do. We occasionally needed to request the room to be cleaned via the app as not always done daily, however each time we requested it to be cleaned it was...

"Great place to stay! The owner and the staff were very kind and accommodating. The room was cool with a beach view and a pool. And the restaurant (same owner) was excellent! I recommend for a stay in Crete! "

"My fiancé and I stayed here the night before and night of our wedding. I cannot say enough amazing things about this location or the people who work here. We left feeling like family.
