"The place it's dirty they don't change the sheets to wash them, we found many hairs on the beds and one of room the smell of cigarettes was too strong. On the shower also found several hairs and dry soup., signal of not being washed. "The property is not located at the address mentioned by Expedia, the taxi driver had to call to owner of the property to get the correct address after driving around for one hour while we had to pay the taxi fee. The building is dirty and the entrance smells like sewer. The 3 beds in the apartment are very uncomfortable. The bathroom is dirty and moldy. As per the description, there is a 55 inch tv in the apartment, which is not correct, as there is only a projector. "

"First, after I paid Vrbo told me that the unit that they listed/I paid is not available! Upgraded us to a bigger one. I asked them to make sure all bed sheets and towels are clean/changed. After checked in they are all dirty and towels have stains. Mattresses are as hard as stones!! After staying in the unit for 2 nights, my back was in pain for a whole week. All check in informations were not clear. I need to keep asking them until the very last moment to ensure all the check in procedures....

"DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!!!Prior to my arrival I had to reach out about the check-in process multiple times. I finally got the details as I was transiting to the property. Once I received the checkin process it was fairly smooth. "It was our first family trip to Shanghai and mainland China. From the moment we arrived at Conrad, the staff warmly welcomed us. The Premier Room was spacious and comfortable for our family of three. Breakfast was excellent, and the location was extremely convenient, with major attractions within walking distance. Special thanks to Benjamin and Camille for their exceptional support despite my limited Mandarin, they made our stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Shanghai"

"The room was spacious and had a nice lay out with a view of the Pearl tower. Housekeeping was great, they accommodated our different times we needed it to be cleaned depending when we left during the day. They were always very pleasant and greeted us warmly. "The room has charging port which does not require me to take out my adapter which is super convenient! Room is very big! Staff also very helpful especially the hotel managers and the Concierge. They also allowed me to deposit my luggage with them even after I checked out to go for day trip. The location also is super close to Nanjing East Road. Recommend!"

"It's a great experience to stay in Crowne Plaza, clean room, convenient location, friendly hotel employees etc. Although encountering some issues during our stay, the gentleman (sorry that we forgot to ask for his name) at the front desk was so helpful and willing to solve the problems promptly. Liam Lu at the concierge was so helpful during our stay. He is so friendly and very professional in doing his jobs. They are definitely an asset to the hotel. We will stay in Crowne Plaza again next time when travelling to Shanghai."
