"Jenny was a great host! She responded quickly to messages and gave me a tour of the cottage. It was very spacious and comfortable! Perfect place to stay if visiting the area."

"Property in need of renovations, and we did not find it to be clean."

"We had a really lovely stay at the Cart Lodge in early October. The hosts kindly left us some local bread, eggs, jam and biscuits which was a lovely welcome. Everything was very clean and well looked after. The beds very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely and warm. Firewood had been provided, however we didn't need to use it. TV had lots of options. It would be nice to have an earlier check in time than 4pm, but everything with the property and hosts was fantastic. "

"I spent a week here in early September and was very impressed. In terms of location, it's about a 10-minute walk to the town centre and a further 5 minutes to the bus & rail stations. The Western Promenade and a Lidl store are literally just around the corner. The accommodation is very modern, clean and very well equipped (oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, TV). There's an open-plan living/kitchen area downstairs with a small 2-seater sofa plus a small dining table & 2 dining chairs.Upstairs...

"A lovely lodge in a great location. The wine, biscuits and milk welcome pack is a very nice touch. It is very comfortable and well equipped, although the shower door was difficult to use. It is in a very quiet and peaceful setting but within an easy drive of either Penzance or St Ives for those shopping essentials or going to the beach."
