"We really enjoyed our stay, condo was perfect, could use some brighter light bulbs, but everything went very well. We will be back"

"Our stay was great. The condo served it purpose. We always love coming to Pensacola Beach."

"The property had a great pool. It was very clean and easy walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. The bay was such a nice bonus as well. I have nothing negative to say about the place and hope to stay again soon. So beautiful and relaxing. Loved the family friendly atmosphere."

"Love this place!!!"

"Communication was great and also everything was super clean and the place was one of the best ones I have ever stayed at"

"Lots of maintenance going on. But for the most part not a problem. "

"Beach view and pet friendly. The kitchen is well equipped but you will have to bring your own kitchen knifes and tablespoons. There is one filet knife but very dull. Not sure what happened with those."

"Expensive for what the place offers. WiFi doesn’t exist on this particular unit, we have to use public WiFi, when I called the front desk, I was advised to reach out to either Expedia or hosteeva since they’re the once I booked with, what a disappointment. Positive feedback, it’s complete with kitchen utensils, pots & pans, clean unit. "

"Great location. Apt. was clean. Master Bathroom and its fixtures could use updating."

"Easy check in and room was set up nicely with snacks and waters waiting. View was perfect. Wish there were air vents in restrooms. Perfect place for 5 adults."

"We’ve stayed in many places over the years and this has been by far the cleanest place we’ve stayed in. It was quiet and cozy. Easy access to the beach, cove, and pool. Shopping & restaurants. Our only complaint was not having any type of window coverings over the living room sliding glass door. The stairs might be a lot for anyone that may struggle with steps. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking necessities, utensils, crockpots, coffee makers, etc. Water filter, ice maker, bbq grill and...

"Awesome!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this property so much! The location was great with the easy access to the beach and a quick drive into town. There was plenty of room for our family of 6 and two fur babies! Check in and out was easy and communication with property management was good. My only complaint and reason for not giving 5 stars is because of the cleanliness and quality of maintenance throughout the home. A lot of the kitchen dishes were dirty upon arrival, one of the shower curtains has mold on...

"Wonderful place to stay. Beautiful beach views and access to anything on the island with ease. Will definitely stay here again."

"The place was not very clean when we got there. Reached out to Vic the manager and he had the cleaning team back the next morning. Vic is a great manager and responded quickly to anything else we had questions about. This place needs a deep deep clean. The furniture is dirty. The mattresses are good, but needs all new bedding. For the amount of money people pay to rent this place I was expecting it to be a little nicer"

"What a great condo overlooking the bay!! It was the perfect size for a family of four. The was a nice small beach on the bayside that the little ones enjoyed with the calm waters. You are also a short walk away from the ocean side where we enjoyed waves and shell hunting. My only caution is that this is on the third floor and there is no elevator. But the stairs are worth it when you see the views."

"The trip started well. The unit has very nice veiws of the bay. The unit was also clean. The part that really detracted from the trip was the air conditioning failed. I attempted to get in touch with maintenance as directed in the instructions, but did not receive a call back. I was able to successfully get in direct contact with the host who was able to get a technician to the unit at night. The technician was unable to fix the issue as it required a replacement part that was not in stock. 2...
