Plenty to do and see such as the walk around Argal reservoir, tennis, pool, seeing the animals on the farm like goats, horses and the owners amazing dogs. "Walkable distance to the centre of Falmouth. Loads of free parking when we went. One occasion. we parked on the road a little up hill (2 minutes walk). Its a lovely cottage, I hadn't considered the Victorian steep steps up to the first floor (regarding my 80+ YO mum), but equally might be testing if one had little kids. Other than that, we loved it cheers."

"The whole stay was lovely. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. The breakfasts and evening meals were delicious, appetising, hot and tasty. The spa facilities were clean and not too busy to be enjoyable. The gardens were well tended and provided a lovely place to sit and relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. It was in a lovely spot to explore the surrounding attractions and coastline. I can thoroughly recommend it!"
