"Cleaning staff was great. Unfortunately at the reception Asian lady was not ready listen any complaints.
I stayed for 3 nights.
No hot water for showers.
No landlines to call at the reception. More than 20 timesme and my son went for complaints.
Not enough heat from air-conditioned. She said it's warm enough.
Not enough Hot air-conditioned.
Not hot water. I have to let them know personally to turn on hot water facilities.
No room exchange offered."
