"The location was easy to find and quiet. Building and room were well kept, clean and comfortable. The staff and owners were amazing people! They really made you feel welcomed and were happy to make your stay the best! Breakfast and dinner were outstanding. They gave us suggestions for places to visit during our stay and we were not disappointed. The recommendations received were perfect! We plan on coming back as soon as we can. "

"My initial and only complaint was not having a mini fridge but then realized with wildlife that it was much smarter to have the cooler - I just thought there was no way a cooler would suffice but it was very efficient, albeit a bit too small. Adding included bags of Ice was a smart touch. For the price of the resort and it being an actual tent, I would've expected a bit more to the property - maybe like wood delivery service - but it was still beautiful and the tents are fantastic with beautiful touches like heated mattresses that we surprisingly needed in August. The wagons provided make things easier so you don't have to hear cars coming and going too but everyone should know that up front that you can't drive your car to the tent at any time so don't bring anything too big that won't fit in a fun little wagon. You guys should invest in a playground too - especially in that play field area!"

"We stayed at Robbins Motel in Bar Harbor for one night but then extended it to two nights. The location is great; close to downtown Bar Harbor and next door to a great Lobster Shack. The property is definitely dated but there is renovation work going on and I'm sure this will improve quite a bit. Just enough parking for one car per room basically. I couldn't ask for a more professional, helpful. accommodating and courteous front desk staff. She was absolutely wonderful to interact with. The room, like the property was also dated, but the rooms are in the process of being renovated. The room was small but clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. Linens were clean. Bathroom had plenty of hot water. Complimentary toiletries provided. TV was functional with decent selection of channels. Good WiFi. Decent amount of outlets. Room was quiet. AC worked well. No fridge or microwave in room. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Bar Harbor. I am looking forward to the renovations."
