Lovely staff, always helpful and kind with the children. We may have been a bit unlucky with our room as it had a mold problem and an unpleasant smell. It was manageable for two nights and otherwise it was good value with a big bathroom and nice touches with bottled water, slippers, tea and coffee. The location is great for Waterbom, the airport and shopping. If you're a light sleeper, this area is bustly and loud, pack ear plugs.

Stayed for 3nights Room clean though bathroom needed updating,tiles marked,shower leaked+++,drain blocked. Staff were amazing,fridge didn’t work,they replaced immediately Breakfast was fabulous,huge variety of cuisines,fresh cooked eggs and noodle station Huge variety of breads and pastries ,juices,cereals Coffee machine that made the best coffee my husband has drunk in Bali!

The hotel is in a great location close to bars, restaurants and shopping. The staff are brilliant very helpful, friendly and professional and the breakfast is excellent . Unfortunately the hotel is a little tired and could do with a bit more TLC but that being said is is great value.
