"Modern tiny house is exactly as stated. My husband enjoyed the hot tub and we loved the view, especially at sunset. There is very limited room for luggage, so we just took what we needed out of our suitcases and left luggage in the vehicle. There were four of us, so we slept on the pullout couch (which is not the most comfortable but it works) and another couple slept in the loft. That last step of the ladder to the loft is a doozy……so be careful going up and back down. Very modern technology. "
