"Classic construction 1930s. Vigas in the ceilings beautiful. Very comfortable beds. Awesome breakfast options. Very reasonable prices for the area. Dinner bar nice large construction with tall wooden ceilings and vigas live music at night. Good bar drinks and supper menu. Large steak and eggs for breakfast."

"We loved our stay at Casa Escondida. From beginning to end, the communication was excellent. Our food preferences were asked for, and our instructions for getting there were clearly defined. The breakfast was superb both days, and our chef shared local information and what we might like to see for that day. All the staff were so nice, and the people staying there at the same time as us were equally lovely."

"The renovated property was nice, we didn't have much chance to take advantage of the amenities. Unfortunately the price I paid on Expedia didn't include an extra fee I was asked to agree to before check-in, so the price wasn't transparent. The only other hiccup was when our room key wouldn't work after the second night, but the front desk was helpful."
