"On arrival my key card didn’t work but it was quickly rectified by the housekeeper and receptionist. Unfortunately my room was over a building that had a fan running all night and the pipes ? water pipes were very noisy at times … woke me just after 5 am. The room was however clean and well maintained."

"Our room itself was clean and quite adequate. Not very quiet though, music carried thru the pipes and arguments in the hallways were very audible. The carpet in some of the hallways needed cleaning. The key cards never worked more than once and had to be replaced about every time we left the room. The layout of the hotel was also strange with a lot of switch backs through corridors to reach the lobby."
